Everyone seems to be invited to rejoice Thomas Edison’s 176th birthday at Edison and Ford Winter Estates at 10am on February 10.

The annual custom continues with college students from Edison Park Faculty of Artistic and Expressive Arts singing, dancing and enjoying stringed devices.

Cake shall be served to guests attending the social gathering, which is sponsored partly by the Edison Pageant of Mild, the group based in 1938 to commemorate Thomas Edison.

Beginning at 10 am, within the banyan picnic pavilion behind the banyan tree, Mike Flanders, Edison and CEO of Ford Winter Estates, will give a short welcome and thank the organizers of the Edison Pageant of Mild for offering the a cake

Cole Peacock, chairman of Edison Ford’s board of administrators, and Sue Grimes, Edison Pageant of Mild historian, can even say a couple of phrases.

College students from the Edison Park Faculty of Artistic and Expressive Arts will carry out string devices after which the Boys in Black will sing and dance. College students can even sing joyful birthday to Mr Edison, the historic character, and a birthday cake shall be served.
